Title: Project Manager
The Project Manager role within the ATO Digital Solutions & Strategy pillar will focus on project schedules, financials status reports, and risk logs across a few concurrent projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Assemble a complete list of tasks required to complete the project, including those from other departments, and incorporate these items into a project schedule • Create & manage the project schedule & budget • Monitor and track progress against the schedule and report progress, slippage, and changes in the schedule to key stakeholders • Identify and manage potential risks in the schedule and budget, ensuring there are contingency plans if something doesn’t go to plan • Manage the project documentation, especially the latest versions of plans & schedules • Define project milestones • Lead project team meetings • Lead some meetings with Customers where appropriate • Coordinate sign-offs at completion of each phase/stage • Analyze development progress, including defect resolution • Manage resource allocation and load balancing • Coordinate as necessary with F&A teams regarding ATO charge codes and chargebacks to the Business, and resolve issues with T&E reports • Provide detailed T&E reporting to Business teams as required
Skills: Strong leadership ability is required. Typically requires field work in overseeing projects.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply fundamental concepts, practices and procedures in related skillsets • Able to perform work that is varied and somewhat difficult in nature • Able to perform work with minimal to moderate supervision; able to apply and interpret business rules and concepts in daily work • 3-5 years of experience
