Title: New Account Consultant
This position requires an individual who is detail oriented to ensure that each new client account in our databases are accurately setup and maintained. Key responsibilities include the setup of all client accounts,performing ongoing data governance, andinputting and monitoringclient informationacross various internal systems. The team collaborates and liaises with different areas of the organization such as Front Office, Legal, Credit, Technology and Operations colleagues to successfully input and maintain client accounts up to date for trading purposes.
· Facilitate the opening of newclient accounts with respective client information and settlement instructions (both domestic and international) · Provide high level of service to Front Office team and clients · Perform data governance checks specific to adding and amending Settlement Instructions (SSIs) as required · Work on projects a requested by internal stakeholders relating to maintenance of accounts

· Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency a must · Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and prioritize work at all time · Extremely diligent, organized and results focused · Must be a team player and possess a client first attitude; strong communication and interpersonal skills · Exceptional judgement with an ability to grasp concepts quickly and problem solve · Knowledge of Broadbridge application a plus
