Title: QA FIX Analyst
Analyze, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative findings from tests.
Monitor bug resolution efforts and track results and known defects.
Design, prioritize, and implement test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
Participate in process reviews to inform development of products and resolution of defects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Must be comfortable using standard UNIX utilities to debug, trace, and problem-solve.
Very strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills.
Knowledge of FIX messaging protocol and be able to conduct client testing.
Experience with and understanding of databases and SQL.
VB/Excel/Perl/Bash and/or other scripting experience.
Understanding of trade and market data feeds.
Experience working on a trading floor supporting mission critical applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with automated testing tools
Experience in FIX, client connectivity and on-boarding clients is a plus
