    Position Description:

    Assist with data entry of accounts payables, accounts receivables, cash receipts, deposits and other financial transactions
    Assist with preparation of monthly reconciliations for all bank and credit card accounts
    Assist with monthly reconciliation of other general ledger accounts
    Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external operations/financial reports and analyses
    Assist with PayPal inquiries, refunds and cancellations
    Assist with ClickTime timekeeping and Concur expense reporting system set up, approval process and maintenance
    Assist with Finance Compliance Dashboard reporting process
    Assist with the preparation of the annual financial audit and year-end reporting
    Assist with creating policies, procedures and workflows for finance functions to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline processes
    Carry out other duties, tasks and projects as assigned

    Must have or be currently pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree
    Up to 1 year of experience preferred
    Strong customer drive and dedication to quality and success
    Able to work collaboratively and effectively while handling multiple projects on various timelines in an extremely fast-paced environment
    Strong attention to detail
    Analytical thinking skills and a strong and dedicated work ethic are required
    Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Project Management)
