Albert A. Compitello – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member
Al leads Momentum’s efforts to develop its business divisions in the financial, human resources and technology sectors. His responsibilities include day-to-day operations of the firm as well as strategic planning and development. Al joined Momentum after having served in a number of senior level positions at various investment banking firms over the course of his career. Most recently, Al was President and Chief Operating Officer of C.E. Unterberg Towbin, an investment banking firm specializing in growth companies in emerging markets. Al also served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Equity Division of Cowen and Company, a New York based research, trading and investment banking firm focused on growth companies, where he was responsible for the day to day operations of the Equity Division. Previous to those positions Al was the Chief Operating Officer of a major New York based direct access trading firm, and he was the Chief Operating Officer of the Equity Division and a Managing Director of the global investment banking firm Schroder & Co. Inc. He has worked in the securities industry for over 25 years, is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College.
Ronald Javorsky – Managing Member
Ron is responsible for the growth and vision of the organization. He has over 35 years of technology consulting, sales, staffing and recruiting experience, with an extensive client base in the financial services sectors. A pioneer in one day hiring symposiums, Ron’s belief is that identifying and matching resources is something that too many firms take for granted. All relationships within the firm are treated as personal and afforded the attention that is tailored to that particular relationship. Recognized as one of the leaders in the technology staffing and solutions industry, Ron stresses personalization of account management, respect of the workplace principles, and partner/provider relationships.
Bryan Morris – Managing Member
Bryan is the Staffing Officer for Momentum and is responsible for the firm’s recruiting and sales efforts. He previously founded the technical services division of APS/Botal in New York in 1996 with responsiblity for all Information Technology Recruiting and Staffing. Prior to this, Bryan founded the New York Office of PC Help Services. Combined, he has over 20 years of technology staffing and sales experience. Bryan has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resources from Florida Atlantic University.
