    currently implementing Workday HCM, Financials, Adaptive and Prism Analytics, with a Go-Live date of August 2020. As the core internal Financials team is closing out of the Architecture phase, they have identified resource constraints within their functional team that presents risk to the successful completion of the Financials implementation.  seeking a Sr. Level Workday Financials consultant to support the core internal Financials team and SMEs with all things Workday-related from P1 customer playbacks through testing and Go-Live.

    Responsibilities

    This consultant will have accountability for ensuring a sound end-to-end design of the financials module, advocate for seamless connectivity to other key Workday modules such as HCM, Prism, and Adaptive, and anticipate ongoing system maintenance implications.
    This consultant will advise on key considerations for the post-go live Workday operating model including team structure, alignment with technology and HR teams, and approach for existing staff conversion.
    This consultant will be a highly collaborative problem solver, able to balance where “out of the box” design as appropriate and capable of designing alternative solutions where it doesn’t.  A “how can we” attitude is displayed regularly.
    This consultant will have strong relationship building skills across a variety of stakeholder types, including senior management, PMO, technology, and functional partners.

    Requirements
    Previous experience as a Workday Financials functional lead for multiple successful end-to-end Financials implementations as a functional lead.
    Significant hands on configuration experience across the full Workday Financials suite, as well as a proven track record of leveraging best practices and leading knowledge transfer to internal functional teams
