    About the role
    As a UX Writer, you are an integral part of the storytelling process. You will work on a wide range of tasks, from strategizing new content and bringing it to life, to writing UX microcopy and ensuring consistent tone of voice across all of our platforms. Most important, you will ditch complicated industry jargon and replace it with fresh, modern language that instills confidence in our customers.

    Responsibilities
    • Create narratives and copy for user flows, landing pages, products and more across web and mobile
    • Write human, empathetic copy for products to enhance ease of use and build customer confidence and satisfaction
    • Translate industry jargon into relatable, easy-to-understand language
    • Collaborate with our product and marketing partners, as well as legal team and subject matter experts to ensure projects are compliant and fit well into the larger company narrative
    • Contribute to our design language to help establish language and tone consistency across all platforms
    • Establishing and maintaining a consistent voice and tone throughout all our verticals and platforms while reflecting our company’s brand and values

    Required skills:
    • Experience writing UX and product copy
    • Strong grammar and editing abilities—brevity is key
    • Able to grasp difficult concepts quickly and translate them into words that are easy and pleasant to read
    • Prior experience working in finance or related field strongly preferred

    Qualifications
    • 4+ years of professional copywriting experience, either at an agency or in-house
    • College or University degree required in related field (Master’s degree preferred)
    • Must have a portfolio of work showing creative copy for cross-channel projects
