Title: Talent Sourcer – Boston, MA
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is an essential partner to our team’s success. In this role you will lead the sourcing and pipelining efforts supporting our Sales, Client Success, and Engineering teams, and help us reach out goal of infusing the organizations with talent. This is a unique opportunity, as you will support two prominent organizations within the FinTech industry.
Day to Day:
Collaborate with TA and our business partners to understand and prioritize our recruiting objectives.
Develop and utilize sourcing channels to drive qualified active and passive talent into our pipeline.
Depending on experience, possibly conduct some candidate pre-screening.
Measure and report regularly on activity in order to ensure effectiveness and optimize results.
3+ years sourcing nationwide top talent in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Experience juggling numerous roles primarily with Sales.
Experience leveraging Boolean search strings and multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Dice.
Experience managing candidate process/stages within an ATS
Demonstrated successful experience achieving assigned recruiting metrics.
Experience recruiting or sourcing in the financial services or technology industries.
Experience using Workday ATS – not required but certainly a plus.
