Title: Talent Coordinator – Waltham, MA
Our Global TA team needs you to help us get better at creating the most positive candidate experience and make sure our team operates in an accurate and efficient manner. We are a global team of 5 TA Partners, 2 TA Program Specialists and 2 People Data owners. About the Team

You will be:
Scheduling phone and onsite interviews between multiple parties in variety of locations.
Coordinating candidate travel for interviews
Ensuring that all candidates receive a positive and smooth interview experience by treating every interviewee as a customer and a guest.
Partnering with TA team to create job ads by branding and customizing job descriptions for external postings.
Providing support to the TA team in all aspects of the recruitment process
You will bring:
2+ years in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator role
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Technical acumen and experience working with online software tools (Workday is preferred)
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Excellent people skills and ability to creatively communicate both verbally and in writing
Outstanding organizational skills
Customer service-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated track record of being proactive to solve problems
