    Momentum is looking for someone who can support a Learning and training team doing administrative tasks.

    Skills: Strong MS Suite including Excel and Sharepoint a must.   Ability to multi-task multiple projects and strong organizational skills needed.

    This role will provide support to a Tax Business School (TBS).   They will support the delivery of our national and virtual training programs, including setup and maintenance of large data lists in MS Sharepoint, reporting/crosschecking data in MS Excel, management and tracking of program materials (both printed and electronic), assistance with training registration, program logistics and close-out procedures. In addition, this role will assist with other administrative duties and special projects as determined by the TBS team needs.

    Skills:
    Experience: Previous experience in learning and development, data analysis and/or meeting planning a plus

    Skills: Strong MS Suite including Excel and Sharepoint a must.   Ability to multi-task multiple projects and strong organizational skills needed.

    Schedule Notes: Typical schedule Monday – Friday, 8:45-5:30; however potential flexibility here if needed.
