Title: Storage Business Analyst – Dallas, TX
Business Analysis (BA) will be will be responsible for managing the ServiceNow ticket queues for Storage and Backup Operations. The BA be work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business requirements. The BA will help identify process improvement opportunities to streamline process delivery cycles and help establish workload SLA’s.
The BA will work with the Storage Operations teams to correlate and produce monthly workload metrics using ServiceNow, MS Excel or MS PowerBI. Work with peers to validate the accuracy and completeness of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Create an application mapping to the CMDB and work with the CMDB team to ensure all Configuration Items (CI’s) are accurate.
Skills: Job Requirements:
2-3 Years working with ServiceNow or Remedy
2-3 Managing request, change and Incident ticket queues
Experience compiling data and creating metrics reports
Above average Microsoft Excel skills
Comfortable communicating across technical teams
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience using MS PowerBI or Tableau a plus
