Job Title Description
Provides support to help clients coordinate solutions, manage accounts, obtain advice and administer plans. Ensures customer questions and issues are answered correctly and efficiently by documenting and identifying trends in customer service needs. Resolves and oversees customer issues surrounding consulting, information, and software services, solutions and products.
This position is for a seasoned support staff in Advisory who works independently under moderate supervision for routine situations. He or she performs clerical functions and assists in creating presentations and programs.
Performs basic clerical functions, including but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, scanning, word processing and filing to assist Advisory colleagues.
Assists in the creation of presentations and program submission, including coverage specifications, in collaboration with Advisory colleagues.
Assists with monitoring the renewal and binder control system to ensure things are progressing according to schedule.
Maintains ongoing relationship with team colleagues to effectively service clients and assist the Advisory colleague.
Understands and complies with compliance and transparency standards.
