Title: Space Strategy Planning
Job Title: WMT Space Consultant
Wealth Management Technology (WMT) division seeks a candidate to support our space strategy development and execution. The candidate will work closely with members of the WMT COO team to strategize and execute a wide-reaching strategic space restack project in New York City.
WMT is currently reorganizing our real estate footprint as part of an effort to support Agile best practices and collocate cross-functional teams. The candidate will further develop and execute this space strategy, helping to seamlessly execute moves for more than 1,000 resources across the division. This will be a high impact project with excellent visibility across the organization.
Responsibilities will include: leading meetings for senior leadership and business stakeholders, strategizing a “neighborhood”-based seating plan to collocate Technology and Business teams, project managing the technology provisioning process for teams that are moving, supporting change management efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time, and managing, maintaining and updating data and supporting project materials.
The candidate will provide support for communicating with necessary stakeholders throughout the planning process, organizing meetings, developing content and facilitating program coordination from idea through execution. The candidate will have exposure to senior management both around gathering requirements, pitching ideas and executing them. For this reason, client services skills are critical.
The role requires excellent attention to detail and organizational, time-management and communication skills. You’ll be joining a highly collaborative, hardworking, creative and outside-the-box thinking team, where no job is too big or too small, and partner closely with our WMT COO team.
• 3 Years of Experience planning projects from idea to execution stages (logistics coordination experience is key)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent time/priority management skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communicator, comfortable leading meetings with senior leaders
• Good use of initiative, judgment and decision making
• Ability to prioritize and identify priority tasks
