Title: Service Now – Grand Rapids
Will be working on a Federal Project and Must be US citizens
Act as primary point of contact for all operational support issues regarding ServiceNow instance used by internal and external parties.
Provide direction and lead activities related to ongoing support, new development, and upgrade activities for ServiceNow instance.
Serve as additional support resource for applications built on ServiceNow platform.
Provide administrator functions related to day to day use of ServiceNow including: dashboard generation, user access management, maintenance of global data sets.
Proactively identify and recommend improvements.
Implement changes according to the established Change Management Process.
Must be a US citizen.
Experience with ServiceNow and related technologies in a similar capacity (5+ years).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Highly motivated, conceptual thinker who has the ability to work independently and within a team.
Proactive in identifying process gaps and following to resolution.
Able to extrapolate information from technical documents or discussions and translate to understandable non-technical language.
ITIL certification a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
ServiceNow Administrator certification is required.
ServiceNow Developer certification is preferred.
