    ​Duties: Software Delivery Manager

    Responsible for delivery control of projects within the project timelines and budget. The Delivery Manager owns the solution delivery and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of the development, delivery project leadership, management, quality, and timely delivery of the project. Will oversee all delivery associates assigned to a project.Responsibilities and Tasks

    Capable of liaison and customer management along with our Product Owners
    Knowledge of PMO concepts and project plan technical development
    Co-ordinate through the development managers all delivery activities and acts as the escalation point for all development issues specific to projects
    Provide overall development project leadership and direct project teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed timeframes
    Ensure build phase of projects are delivered on time and with high quality
    Work with development leads to define code drops and co-ordinate the alignment of code drop dependencies
    Work with QA to assure project quality and defined measurements of code quality
    Ensure complete understanding of the development estimate and project scope – work with development leads to assure development teams deliver projects within the framework of the given estimate and assumptions
    Co-ordinate with the development teams and vendors to ensure the right teams are working on the right build components at the right time, with clear expectations of milestones and goals
    Mentor Delivery Team on IT methodology and drive consistent processes – whether waterfall or agile
    Should have relevant technical experience of the types of products being used: .Net, SharePoint 2013 (2016 is a plus), Microsoft SQL, Power BI
    Delivery of project solutions allocated, to plan and budget

    Strong experience in working to requirements and priorities as well as resolving issues

    Capable of managing internal ITS teams, contractors and onshore / offshore partner resources

    International experience with the ability to work in a diverse work environment across cultures and time-zones; available to travel (internationally) at short notice and host/attend international calls outside of standard working hours

    Skills and knowledge acquired through Development, Technical Lead, or Project Management. The skills to include: Project Management, Agile/SCRUM, SAFE, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Systems Integration, Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements Gathering, and Systems Analysis and Design
    Managed teams in various geographic locations with a proven track record of completing quality projects on time and within budget
    Extensive and consistent experience of delivering complex projects throughout lifecycle
    Strong understanding of Microsoft products and related technologies;
    Project planning and progress monitoring including budget control and milestone control; issue and risk management
    Proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to success

    Minimum 8 years project experience in delivery of enterprise systems with an emphasis on globally available applications
    In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft platform (IIS, .NET, Web Services, SQL Server, SharePoint, Windows Server, Clustering, Active Directory etc..)
    Confidence in dealing with staff, managers and partners across the firm
    Good knowledge of regional issues and structures, ability to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds

    Degree Level of Education preferably within IT
    Professional Qualifications (IT/Business)
    Project Management Training or Qualification (PMP) – Agile experience preferred
