Title: Recipe Owner
Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require a bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Experience in leading & managing complex projects in agile environments. Experience in both Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and be able to communicate and adapt effectively to different audiences (team, management, executive, business etc).
Project & Process Management skills, including industry standard project management.
Experience in Project Management Tools such as MS SharePoint, Rally, Flowdock and MS Office & Project
Experience working with offshore teams and project teams distributed across multiple time zones.
Excellent presentation skills and be able to present project updates in front of small or large groups. Be very competent using tools such as MS PowerPoint.
Change management experience in a software development environment
