Title: Project Manager – Digital
Advise and assist in the creation of digital learning materials;
Serve as a technical resource for digital learning projects, including inception through rollout, implementation and post-implementation review.
Prepare or assist in the preparation of documentation for all aspects of the project including business requirements, system requirements, test plans, status reports, project plans, issues documents, release notes, training and marketing materials.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and demands with ease. Excellent communication/negotiation/project management skills. Must be technically savvy and have the ability to learn new technical platforms with ease (especially web-based technologies). Ability to relate user needs to technical solutions. Ability to understand a problem or client request from different perspectives, the most important being that of the learner. Ability to focus on issues and develop cooperative relationships to resolve them.
BA/BS or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of modern corporate learning models and instructional technologies used to that end (with respect to large organizations) is a plus. Advanced degree or certificate in instructional technology or other technical discipline is also a plus.
