    Senior Project Manager with risk, legal or compliance background. Financial services experience would be a plus.

    Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
    •Plan and orchestrate project activities in a collaborative manner
    •Build a collaborative team environment that is trusting and safe where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of problem solving
    •Assist with internal and external communication and improve transparency
    •Provide expertise to support the project team in the following areas:

    •High school diploma or equivalent; 4 year college degree preferred
    •Minimum of 2-4 years Project Management experience
    •Minimum of 3-5 years total work experience
    •Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed
    •Ability to handle multiple large project assignments simultaneously
    •Ability to think creatively and have flexibility
    •Extraordinary problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities
