Title: Project Manager
Momentum is looking for an Infrastructure PM.
Hardware Refresh: Replace End of Life desktops and laptops
Windows 10 Migration: Upgrade remaining Widows 7 laptops and desktops to Windows 10
Office 365 Rollout: Migrate enterprise users to Office 365 (cloud)
Provide project management and end user and technical documentation support for IT infrastructure projects. Responsible for coordinating all activities related to a project and be the focal point for all communications, status, and schedules for multiple concurrent IT projects.
Major Job Accountabilities:
§ Develops, executes, coordinates and monitors overall project plans (in MS Project), tasks, and milestones.
§ Implements management processes to identify, report, and monitor project issues and risks.
§ Track project resources and financials
§ Manage and coordinate work with different teams
§ Provides project status updates to IT Management
§ Performs requirements gathering and technical analysis as necessary
§ Interfaces with internal customers and external vendors
§ Build templates for technology standards and end user documentation
o Document technology standards and processes
o Develop and maintain end user documentation (quick reference guides, etc.) as needed
o Work closely with infrastructure Architecture and Operations teams
§ Must have experience managing infrastructure deployment projects
§ Prior experience documenting technology standards and experience working with IT Infrastructure Architecture and IT Operations areas is needed
§ Requires advanced MS Office 2010, MS Visio and Project Professional 2010 skills, and experience with MS Project Server (PWA 2010); SharePoint systems experience a strong plus
§ 3 to 5 Years Project Management experience in an IT Environment
§ Effective oral and written communication skills
§ Strong IT background with aptitude in business and managing change
§ Must be a self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and deal with many projects concurrently
§ PMP certification a plus
