Title: Project Coordinator – Chicago
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Program Manager to plan and execute annual Summit; and host c-suite executives for key design meetings and forums
• Manage and maintain registration work stream for Summit, working with internal community and external clients
• Own and report out weekly on registration, business development activities, and revenue data. Accurately analyze reports and compile data. (Cvent and CRM database knowledge a plus)
• Manage relationship with data team – including routine check-ins, effective communication and knowledge sharing, and ownership of data – to ensure accuracy of Summit registration information across multiple databases
• Work with team to manage invitation and outreach strategies for Summit. Key liaison between Health & Life Sciences Partners, Principals and Executive Assistant teams as it relates to invitee list, personalized outreach and follow-up strategies
• Provide support to core team in addressing questions related to the Summit conference app (Event Mobi)
• Work with Program Manager to manage Sponsorship program for Summit, to include, but not limited to, outreach to c-suite clients, and maintenance of information database and key metrics
• If/as required, extensively research health industry companies, executives and trending market topics
• If/as required, extensively research venues, restaurants and event spaces as it relates to the Summit and the Leaders Alliance
• Serve as liaison with Global Events and Marketing for key deliverables
• Provide timely feedback on relevant initiatives to Program Manager, core team and external clients
Experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or significant work experience may substitute for the degree
• Preferred 3-5 years of event planning experience or experience as a multi-faceted executive assistant in a strong professional setting
• Experience working within the healthcare industry is a plus

• Proficient computer skills and at least three years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Experience working with Cvent (registration portal) and CRM databases
Remain proficient in all programs necessary to perform the everyday duties of this position; knowledge of, and ability to work effectively in, LinkedIn, Adobe and Google Drive
