Job Title: Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, and work hours
• Ensure projects adhere to organizational SDLC frameworks
• Ensure all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project (required for successful delivery of the project and for records retention purposes in accordance with organizational policies)
• Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and regular status reports
• Provide administrative support as needed (JIRA, Confluence)
• Undertake project tasks as required
• Assess project risks and issues and help to derive solutions where applicable
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
Project Coordinator Requirements:
• Ambitious self-starter who possesses an interest in technology and project management
• Proven interpersonal skills in the areas of communications, planning, and multi-tasking
• Two years’ experience in Project Management or related field
• A core focus on providing great service across our stakeholder groups on a daily basis
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures
• Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence a plus
Education, Certifications, and Training
• Concentration in Project Management is a plus
• PMP certification or currently underway is a plus
• Scrum Master certification or currently underway is a plus
