    – support the governance process through preparation of materials as well as capturing and following up on actions and decisions to ensure we achieve our goals
    – Prepare and document the outcome of key workshops and committees
    – prepare materials for senior stakeholders to effectively communicate our program’s objectives, achievements and status
    – work with our project managers to ensure we understanding latest view of status, issues, risks and financials to enable effective decision making
    – track program benefits and maintain the evidence of our achievements to support audits
    – provide insights into our financials by producing a monthly analysis of actuals vs plan and forecast to identify early any deviations and issues
    – support the IT Demand Management process by capturing and providing transparency to the pipeline of requests and spend to date to enable prioritization to maximize benefits from our IT budget
    – provide SME contributions to projects, particularly for business management / administrative / financial processes as opportunities arise

    *Your team :
    The PMO team sits in Americas and support cross capabilities. We interact with senior management globally with high visibility and responsibility to ensure we translate the complexities of the program in an effective and digestible way to enable governance and oversight.
    *Your expertise :
    • Min. 3-5 years of project management or project controlling experience in the financial services industry
    • Ability to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from management and risk data
    • Seeking a dedicated, detail minded, and innovative team player with a positive attitude
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a genuine desire to deliver high quality materials
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in financial services, with Asset Management Middle Office experience an advantage
    • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field​
