Title: PM Financal Information Systems
Manage the delivery of large-scale, global Finance infrastructure and software related projects.
Resource oversight of a diverse set of individuals to ensure that they are contributing effectively while developing skills and experience.
Liaise with senior management to gather requirements, manage project expectations and produce project documentation and provide project status updates.
Manage project health in terms of budged cost, scope and schedule.
Management of Technical Operations Cost:
Manage schedule of required software maintenance schedules and liaison with FIS Controllership in the reporting of actual and budgeted expenses.
Manage renewal of software maintenance contracts and liaison with Global Sourcing and Procurement department in negotiating competitive pricing.
Oversee the monthly forecast process as well as the annual budget for both internal and external resources.
Manage non-labor cost, which includes direct oversight into MGTI’s storage and hosting allocations to FIS.
Identify cost saving opportunities by evaluating resource mix and driving changes to the Technical Operations delivery model.
Partner with FIS’ Project Management Office in the management of contracted resources.
Oversee and monitor the forecasting of both internal and external resources to ensure forecasted time is accurately captured.
