Title: Part-time Sourcing Analyst
Sourcing Analyst
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collecting and analyzing data related to the suppliers managed by the Global Sourcing & Procurement team
Partnering with category managers and conduct research and analysis of data relating to the areas of spend to help with developing sourcing strategies and managing spend
Managing and own existing processes and identify ways in which they can be improved
Preparing reports, data and charts
Supporting our vendor risk program and support the team
Full management of the dashboard and satisfaction survey program
Supporting the Sourcing Team Lead / Manager in negotiating and contracts with suppliers
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:
Around 1 year of experience in Procurement corporate shared service environment
Knowledge of Oracle iProcurement and/or purchasing system preferred
BA or MA Degree
Good English skills
Strong customer service focus
Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Critical thinking and reasoning skills
Ability to work proactively, independently, and maintain accountability for one’s work output
