    ​The office manager will oversee general office administration, facilities, and supplies.

    Managing Vendors, Supplies, Expenses
    • Ordering Office supplies, Costco orders etc.
    • Refilling snack containers & sparkling water
    • Ordering & restocking fruit (stored in fridge & front desk)
    • Ordering & restocking feminine supplies in restrooms
    • Refilling & maintaining magazine supply in display rack

    Security & Safety
    • Building Security card creation & maintenance
    • Monitor & maintain building guest access card program

    Front Desk, Mail, Deliveries
    • Front desk/reception – welcoming visitors and monitoring for safety
    • Answering front desk line, directing calls as needed
    • Answering basic customer service questions
    • Receiving and signing for mail/packages
    • Retrieving mail from mailbox on loading dock as well as sorting through it
    • Prepare Outbound Shipments & Inter-Office mailings, scheduling pickups for FedEx or USPS.

    Facilities & Office Maintenance
    • Maintenance tickets including lights
    • HVAC – heating & cooling requests
    • Put out current newspapers & recycle old daily
    • Coffee Machine maintenance as needed
    • Working with CBRE contact on building requirements/requests & events
    • Refrigerator clean outs & upkeep
