    Provide daily support on Incidents, problems, tasks and changes in support of network operations and security teams, including interfacing with customers.  Address any vulnerability threats, and security findings.  Perform the installation and testing of new software releases and fine tunes existing systems.  Provide ongoing maintenance for network hardware/software, appliances and vendor coordination.  Maintain and develop documentation of guidelines and standards for specific technologies.  Monitor performance levels and trends throughout the US network to determine quality of service for the entire infrastructure. Configure, maintain and troubleshoot networking solutions for an enterprise class firm, including support ticket handling, change management.  Troubleshoot and support Cisco routers and switches including Cisco Nexus, F5 Networks LTM, Cisco ISE, IPSec VPN, Cisco wireless network platforms, Palo Alto and Cisco Firewalls, Bluecoat Proxies, InfoBlox, and other platforms usually found in enterprise environments



    Minimum five years supporting enterprise network IT infrastructure experience.  Familiarity with an ITIL environment is preferred.

    Network Security Technologies: Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, Cisco Security Manager, Cisco ASA, AnyConnect, Remote Access VPN, Cisco ACS & ISE – RADIUS, TACACS+, Blue Coat ProxySG, Management Center, Reporter

    Network Operations Technologies: F5 load balancers, Cisco Routers/Switches – IOS, ACI, Site to Site IPSec VPN Tunnels,  Infoblox – DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Circuits – MPLS, Technlogies – TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, EIGRP, COS, SSH, IP Subnetting, VOIP​



    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering

    General Knowledge, Preferred:  ServiceNow, Solarwinds – SNMP Monitoring, Splunk, Netbrain, Netscout,  Strong verbal communications, Ability to work remotely and alone on a shift, Python scripting, ​Vendor support case management
