Title: Network Automation
In addition to the Core Routing and Switching technology, the candidate will be well versed in Kuberetes and Linux. The Openshift application deployment, Ansible and Terraform knowledge is plus.
The engineer will be responsible for designing and automation optimal network connectivity for Kubernetes Openshift clusters, preparing and troubleshooting runbooks for cluster automation.
The engineer will work with EC and ENS teams to ensure the high availability and resiliency of interconnections for distributed bare-metal clusters.
The engineer will prepare and troubleshoot configuration for ToR switches and routing components in RH Openshift / CoreOS environment.
She/he also provides technical guidance, training, and design modifications for the operations team.
The candidates responsibilities will include Data architecture, engineering standards and creates best practice technical architecture models utilizing knowledge of industry and technical trends.
The candidate will be part of a ENS Network Engineering team that will evaluate, architect and engineer an enterprise network solution for the network.
The candidate is also be required to have some scripting and automation knowledge.
This blend of skills will be used to help formulate an automation framework for Engineering leveraging tools already used in-house and other tools as necessary.
In addition the candidate will work on projects to deliver use-cases built on the automation framework across diverse domains of the network.
Expert-level Network Engineering knowledge:CCIE and indepth knoweldge of designing Campus and Branch network, Network Security, Wireless Technology, Multicast, IPSEC and Encryption Standards, DMVPN, VxLAN and BGP and OSPF.
