    The Network Administrator will assist the Network Operations Center in the day to day delivery of managed technology lifecycle services to provide a reliable, secure and highly available computer environment to support the Information Services group mission and advance Firm values and vision. This position covers the night shift.
    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Monitor systems availability and performance between all offices and services
    Identify/Handle any alarm conditions that could impair services and perform escalation and/or troubleshooting in accordance with documented procedures
    Participate in NOC activities including handle network operations phone calls, service delivery, ticketing, escalation and communications regarding disruption of services to meet firm SLA’s
    Contribute to team effectiveness in assisting and assignments of service request tickets in Supportworks
    Use established workflow processes and tasks to maintain SLA’s, and when necessary troubleshoot or escalate requests to 3rd level support groups
    In a declared incident, assist the Incident Manager as specified in the IT Services Incident Response procedure towards problem resolution


    2-3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) role, preferably with applicable certifications such as ITIL
    Strong technical and customer service skills
    Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in managed lifecycle and IS customer support role
    Excellent interpersonal skills
    Ability to maintain composure and service standards in all situations
    Must work well independently and see tasks to completion
    Must be able to work overnight (10:00pm-10:00am)
