Title: Mobile Help Desk
Momentum is looking for a Mobile Operations Center Help Desk Analyst.
Support and maintain the corporate enterprise mobility devices and platform Provide 2nd level support as required to internal clients Ability to perform large quantiles of packages on a daily basis.
Daily shipping and receiving of mobile equipment Perform inventory management and reporting of corporate owned mobile cellular devices.
Complete MobileIron activations requested via fulfillment queue.
- Mobile device troubleshooting
- Advance excel knowledge
- Customer service support
- Strong English communication skills; both written and oral, with strong interpersonal skills to support a customer service driven environment; with the ability to work under pressure and in an environment with constantly changing priorities
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with MobileIron, as well as supporting an enterprise class monitoring solution.
