    Momentum is looking for a Marketing Project Manager with 3+ years of experience.

    Description:
    The Marketing Project Manager will manage integration of research sources and provide synthesis of business information relevant to Marketing programs and Business Unit programs within Institutional, Retail and Asset Management that can be used to address marketing and business opportunities. The successful candidate:
    • Improves organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project management activities
    • Demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment
    • Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables and communicates across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Responsible for managing the project pipeline, detailed work breakdown structure, weekly progress updates
    • Review work in progress in a timely manner and assess completed work for accuracy and quality
    • Manage all team operations including vendor onboarding, establish and document team processes, operational guidelines, and sourcing
    • Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and monitor execution of deliverables, leverage Tableau for data visualizations
    • Liaison with Compliance, Risk and Legal on communications and reviews
    • Ensure the team/project stakeholders’ expectations are understood and managed
    • Communicate team achievements across the organization

    Qualifications:
    • BS Marketing, MS or MBA Marketing/Marketing Sciences, Market Research, or Psychology
    • Minimum of 3 years of business experience in project/program management. Market research experience preferred
    • Strong prioritization, project management, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent writing skills, presentation skills and social awareness/people skills
    • Open minded person able to adapt to shifting priorities and our evolving organization
    • Strong team player and collaborator
    • Detailed-oriented and can also think strategically/communicate strategic implications
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS/SAS statistical software, and Tableau
    • Comfort using online survey software such as Qualtrics
