    We’re looking for someone like that to:

    – Support the LIBOR program management for Wealth Management Americas, spanning multiple products impacted by the industry benchmark changes
    – Drive the planning, delivery and execution of the project including hosting progress meetings and steering committees, working with senior management and product experts
    – Work with the product experts in the impacted areas to identify all necessary changes, document deliverables for the business and IT, and manage the changes through to delivery
    – Coordinate any field and client communications, with the appropriate education provided leading up to the change
    – Build and maintain cross functional and team relationships across various divisions and products
    – Work within the SBL team to assist with the execution of end-to-end management of product enhancements and supporting processes
    – Support the SBL product development and management initiatives for SBL and related services.
    Your team
    You’ll be working on our Wealth Management team. Our role is to manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients. Our team offers solutions for managing wealth and planning for succession. The Securities Backed Lending is responsible for leading the effort to support the lending needs of our clients and the product has the greatest exposure to the LIBOR rate changes for Wealth Management Americas. This individual is the lead on the LIBOR rate changes and will contribute to the SBL team as a product manager through the duration of the project (expected to last 2-3 years). The individual will work closely with Vendors, Operations, Technology, Legal & Compliance partners on strategic initiatives and new offerings.
    Your experience and skills
    You have:
    – a university degree; MBA or graduate degree a plus
    – Banking/Lending experience and familiarity with LIBOR a plus
    – Experience in project/program management with multiple stakeholders and projects that impact clients
    – PMP Certification and/or Six Sigma Certification is a plus
    – Series 7 is a plus
    – ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
    – practice of taking a phased and disciplined product/project management approach with clear deliverables and sign-offs by the relevant stake-holders
    – ability to learn quickly, understanding of all related technology platforms and how to leverage technology to create operational efficiencies
    – client-focused attitude, ensuring a positive client and employee experience
    – ability to demonstrate positive initiative and leadership
