    ​ROLE: An experienced IT resource with systems implementation experience across SDLCs. Who has deep knowledge and experience of the Testing Function and competencies as a Project Lead for Testing of large scales systems.  Must have experience with automated testing tools and software for Java Applications.

    Must understand best practices for Testing including automated scripts. Must be able to evaluate a current state testing process, identify issues and develop recommendations for improvement.

    Tester- Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process
    documentation for Application Teams- Understands the user’s view of applications
    and /or technology and is able to put procedures in a logical sequence.


    Experienced in systems development and testing for the following: Java, HTML, Java Script, IBM DB2, Websphere

    Tools: Mercury, Selenium a plus


    5yrs + planning, designing, developing and
    executing test strategies in a lead role
    3+ years with automated testing tools and software
    5yrs + creating test plans, test reports, and
    defect management using industry-standard tools to identify,
    document, communicate, prioritize, track and resolve
    Experienced across all facets of testing, requirements to test case, unit test, integration test, performance test, regressions test, load test, UAT Test.  Testing and migration of testing across multiple environments, e.g. development, test, prod, etc
    Knowledge of eligibility and enrollment systems in an insurance or health care sector a plus
    5yrs + experience in Functional testing using functional
    testing tools.
    5+ experience with automated functional testing.
    Response must detail use of specific automation tools and any processes used to migrate test cases from manual testing to automation.
    5yrs +experience as a Test/QA Lead working on software
    development/upgrades and performance projects.
    5yrs+ Experience leadership implementing testing frameworks using Test/QA
    best practices.
    5 yrs+ working in a team environment.
    Experience working directly with business analysts,
    business and technical subject matter experts.
    4 yrs +experience in creating user test scripts and
    managing User Acceptance Testing.
    5yrs + experience developing Performance and Stress
    testing plans.
    At least 1 year manual testing
