Title: Lead Business Analyst

The Engagement Lead is responsible for identification of suitable/viable opportunities and managing the creation of the Process Automation delivery capability.
They operate as a conduit between the different areas of an organization across business operations and IT to co-ordinate and control the implementation of appropriate methodologies and pipeline governance
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Engage with Business Leaders to create an approach for identifying, quantifying and prioritizing the pipeline of business process automation candidates with full visibility of the expected and actual business benefit
Engage with process stakeholders and establish the governance and communication model
Liaise with IT leaders to secure/establish the technical environment that is serviced, supported and scalable in line with predicted business demand.
Implement the established COE framework that enables rapid and repeatable delivery of process automation and ongoing scheduling, monitoring and evolution of the automated processes to increase and improve the business benefit.
Oversee the delivery of the initial phase of automated processes in accordance with the agreed Automation Delivery Methodology to achieve a consistent high standard of solution to Business Requirements
Ensure the initial batch of operational automated processes are managed on a daily basis to ensure they are scheduled in line with Business Requirements and that exceptions, referrals and system outages are handled appropriately
Establish the change management procedures such that system/application and business change cycles are reflected in the operational processes in a timely and accurate manner
Define the mechanism for collating and publishing appropriate Management Information to the Business Customers in order that the business benefit and usage can be proactively tracked, monitored and refined.
Provide escalation point for the effective removal of blockers and escalation at all levels throughout the initial phases of the Automation implementation
Handover the running of the RPA delivery and support deployments to the Virtual Resource Manager once the agreed level of maturity/certification has been achieved
7+ years professional experience, preferably in insurance, financial services or management consulting.
Proven experience of successfully delivering high quality solutions in high pressure, structured environments using standard project management techniques and disciplines
Ability to liaise with senior level external supplier and internal stakeholder representatives in a rational and measured manner to communicate project progress, issues, risks and solutions Ability to control meetings and ensure the attendees are focused on achieving the predefined objectives
The aptitude to adapt and evolve methodologies and procedures in a controlled manner to continually improve the delivery and support channels
Background in software delivery and/or process optimization projects with excellent client facing skills
Ability to engage stakeholders and generate leads for identification of suitable opportunities
