    Your role
    We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager / Senior Project Manager for Asset Management IT. In that role you will ensure the smooth delivery and coordination for all projects across several Asset Management businesses.
    Are you a multitasker? Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? We’re looking for someone like this to:
    – run projects from inception to implementation and then handover to Run the Bank
    – partner with experts, both internal and external to the organization
    – think strategically, making business cases that hold up over the long term
    – syndicate approach and plan across the organization
    – create status updates to Senior Management in both business and IT

    Your team
    The team is part of the Asset Management Technology organization, rolling up into the AM Central Project Management Office. The team is primarily located in United States in Hartford, CT.

    Your experience and skills
    You have:
    – 10+ years of experience in a similar position in the fields of Information Technology and/or Financial Services, Management Consulting as a Program Manager/Project Manager
    – Understanding of Real Estate Investment Management technology a Plus but not mandatory,

    • Valuations
    • Asset Management
    • Portfolio Management
    -excellent program/project management skills with a proven delivery track record (PMP, Prince certifications a plus)
    – Knowledge of Agile Project Management Methodologies a Plus
    – knowledge of Project Management Tools and processes
    – excellent stakeholder management
    – excellent organizational skills
    – good knowledge of technologies with the ability to discuss and understand the work of your team
    – familiar with the change and release process and the logistics of “getting things done” in the context of a large financial institution
    – knowledge of Asset Management will be a significant advantage to the successful applicant
    – experience in an environment where no two days are the same​
