    Functional Title:                     Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

    Job Description:
    Under the direction of the lead IAM Architect, this individual will perform system administration tasks for SailPoint’s Identity IQ and RadiantOne VDS environments, resolving attestation issues as well as make modifications to both environments configuration. This individual will also define, create and maintain approval work flow processes required to provision entitlements to end users.  In addition, this individual will be a backup to the lead engineer for the various Identity Management Suite products utilized within the enterprise; these include but are not limited to Access Management products.  This individual will also resolve issues that are related to IAM Product suite utilized within.

    Daily Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

    Configuring and architecting the convergence multiple domains
    Review server logs to determine the health of SailPoint Identity IQ, RSA, DUO Radiant Virtual Directory Services (VDS) products in all environments (development, test and production)
    Provide backup to the product leads on the IAM products in production
    Triage incident tickets that come into the IAM team and respond to the tickets that require basic remediation; assign remaining tickets to team members to resolve the tickets
    Development and maintenance of the IAM work flows that manage the provisioning of entitlements to end users
    Provide backup to the product leads on the IAM products in production
    Prepare Change Request documentation in support of updates to the IAM Products deployed at HHC and managed by the team

    Required Skills:
    Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle principles
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    Knowledge of Security principles as it applies to identity & access management
    Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration a plus
    Java, Beanshell, HTML, PowerShell
    Knowledge of Use Case methodology to assist in work flow development
    Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

    Soft Skills required:
    Willingness to travel to multiple sites throughout the NYC area
