Involved in investigations regarding employee complaints and behavioral issues.
Supports compliance with firm initiatives/programs
Experience advising and counseling employees on employee relations matters
Managing performance issues
Experience conducting employee investigations
Experience writing performance management documents
5-8 years of experiance preferred
