Title: HRIS Analyst
Looking for an HRIS Compensation Analyst. This position provides technical support to the Professional Staff Human Resources function firm-wide, focusing on implementation and administration of the Firm’s compensation processes throughout the year as well as during cyclical processes. Also provides technical support on absence management administration, new hire and performance review processes, testing of programs during upgrades, developing methods to automate and streamline HR processes, overseeing data management, reporting and auditing functions, and enhancing existing reporting capabilities.
Manages the data aspects of the Professional Staff annual review and year-end bonus processes, ensuring that bonus and review data is accurately recorded in the HRIS system, coordinating with IT to ensure Manager Self Service is updated and functioning, and providing support to HR professionals in all offices.
Manages the compensation data input, changes and analysis for new hires and off-cycle reviews, all offices.
Handles ad hoc compensation reporting as requested.
Works closely with the Workday project team on the implementation, ongoing design, support and maintenance of Workday HCM, including Advanced Compensation.
Configures, tests and implements business processes in Workday, as needed.
Serves as a subject matter expert on Workday capabilities.
Works closely with NY IT departments in coordinating and testing of enhancements to Workday, Lawson, including Design Studio and Crystal Reports, and Lawcruit and ViDesktop.
Collaborates with the HRIS team to ensure accuracy in HR data systems including compensation, titles, compliance, and other compensation related matters.
Identifies compensation data and process needs and works with IT to define requirements and address these needs.
Provides technical support to the Human Resources function firm wide, handling data management, analysis, reporting and auditing.
Performs market equity analysis, as needed.
Analyzes large data sets to identify issues or trends and shares findings with senior management.
Analyzes existing HR data management processes and proposes and implements improvements where needed.
Manages HRIS employee groups, including the maintenance of existing groups as well as the creation of new groups.
Collaborates and assists on short- and long-term HRIS projects.
Performs data entry as needed.

Manages Firm resources responsibly.
Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies and procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Working knowledge of an integrated HRIS system, PC databases and spreadsheets (Workday, Crystal Reports, Lawson, MS Office Suite) with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
Experience with Advanced Compensation in Workday required
Knowledge of database structure
