Title: HR Benefits Analyst
Contract Pay Rate:
Momentum is looking for an HR Benefits Analyst.
Upcoming tasks/requirements for the role:
- Annual enrollment planning
- Potentially implementing a new HR Benefits administration system, so experience implementing a ben admin system would be great implementing a new benefit strategy and supporting our total well-being strategy.
- The ability to speak with partners and employees, and potentially their spouses, about escalated claim issues and think strategically to solve the issue
- Review benchmarking data and draw conclusions, make recommendations
- Assist with communications to promote benefit plans
- 5-7 years HR benefits experience managing health & welfare plans, including supporting the design of the medical, dental and other insurance activities.
- In addition, the person should have experience researching market trends and recommending new programs.
- We would want someone with subject matter expertise in benefits management.
