Title: HR Analyst
Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator (1-2 years)
Experience with Workday recruiting highly preferred.
Experience working at other financial institutions preferred.
Manage and maintain interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Highly computer literate and capability in email, outlook, and excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
