Title: HR Analyst
Job Overview:
Provides HC Operations support for the US HC Operations team primarily in the areas of employee data maintenance, employee compliance and background check verifications
Key Responsibilities:
Process employee transactions in Workday (including but not limited to job changes, hires, terminations, compensation changes, etc.)
Ensure proper approvals and back-up are received for all Workday transactions for SOX compliance purposes
Work closely with the payroll department to ensure that employee’s paychecks are processed accordingly
Assist with the background verification process for new hires and client projects
Upload various electronic documents to share drive i.e. new hire documents and severance agreements
Fulfills Ad Hoc report request
Assists with special projects as needed

Technical activities:
Workday advance
Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
Experience required:
· Associates degree or its equivalent with 2-3 years of related work experience.
