strong people skills, very strong on phone, works well independently and in a team.
2-5 years working in a technical Service Desk or Help Desk position
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to solve problems
Previous customer service experience in a technical support role
Very strong level one experience in MS Office, printers, remote access, networking, etc.
Proficiency in using support software tools
Familiar with Service Request Management processes
Competency in remote support and ticket tracking tools
Ability to work in a high volume environment (answering 20-30 live calls in addition to managing 40-60 emails/service requests)
Attention to detail and achieving results
Exhibit a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Mobile device support
Remote access (VPN)
