Title: Graphic Designer
The right candidate for this role will be a team player who’s comfortable with collaborating on regular cadence to create social posts, newsletters, site creative assets, quarterly “letter from the editor”, packaging deadlines, with knowledge of best practices for each.
The ideal candidate will be creative, conceptual, innovative and have a versatile, collaborative approach to the design process
You will need to be a self-starter, able to problem solve both technical and creative challenges with the ability to find and explore solutions as the projects progress
Demonstrate a variety of creative styles and methodologies with proven credentials in developing a bold and original design
Looking for a creative professional who will take ownership of the projects they work on and have productive and a positive attitude with fellow team members.
You are comfortable working under tight deadlines and are extremely organized with project files and adept in sharing projects/tookits with fellow designers
The candidate should be a fountain of ideas and possess the skill set to transform the best ideas into layouts and visual assets for a strong, succinct brand and customer experience
The candidate will have a strong rolodex of inspiration
You should be able to demonstrate your work, with a proven track record of taking projects from creative concept to final delivery
Advanced skills with InDesign and other relevant design software (Animation skills are a plus)
Strong typography skills
Strong photo editing skills
3-5 years of relevant design experience, preferably at a DTC brand
Undergraduate degree preferably a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design
