    Job description: • 3+ years’ professional knowledge and experience in the design, configuration and implementation of Genesys 8.x Framework, CIM, SIP Server, Multi-Channel Routing, Web Chat. • Well rounded with experience in multiple contact center technologies including CTI, SIP and Genesys SIP Server, Call Routing and Historical Reporting, Genesys Workspace, Call Recording, VoIP technology, and CRM and IVR solutions. • 3+ years on Routing workflow development using IRD and composer. • Strong hands-on skills like Java/JavaScript/Web services. • Good knowledge on Genesys reporting tools like advisors, pulse etc. • Solid analytical skills, problem determination and resolution recovery processes • Ability to interface and cultivate excellent working relationships with technology teams, business analysts, and vendors
