Title: Enterprise Application Lead
The Enterprise Applications Lead is the delivery lead for a specific set of applications to ensure that all agreed services are being delivered according to business requirements and that satisfaction levels are met.
He/she will provide oversight to monitoring enterprise applications, take corrective action to prevent or minimize downtime, as well as gather and process data from a variety of sources to inform decisions. Applications under management are enterprise applications that are not related to a specific business function but rather utilized across multiple divisions/departments. Examples include Purchase Orders, Invoices, Contract Onboarding, Performance Reviews, Intranet, IT Service management, Employee/Contract Onboarding, Document Management, etc.

KEY SKILLS
• Accountable for definition, documentation, implementation, and enforcing best practices for application architecture and design, development, version control, implementation, and support
• Accountable for the design, development, implementation, integration, testing and support of Mizuho USA enterprise applications
• Establishes critical success factors and key performance indicators to measure availability, performance, fiscal effectiveness for current and future enterprise applications
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs)are met for all requests, incidents, and changes as required by and for business objectives
• Ensures operational and administrative processes are repeatable, predictable, efficient through the use of configuration management and orchestration technologies
• Direct the development and configuration of applications from conceptualization through stabilization using various development platforms and agile methodology where possible
• Accountable for creating short and long term applications strategies, develop, socialize and continue to refine multi-year roadmaps for related capabilities
• Direct effort to ensure that the modified application components interact appropriately, data conversion impacts are considered, and other areas of impact are addressed
• Identify and drive continual service improvement opportunities for services and processes within enterprise applications, initiating improvements to resolve performance, supplier, or resource gaps
• Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions for Enterprise Applications team
• Provide leadership, vision, development and performance guidance to the overall application engineer group
• Promote and educate team on Agile practices, communication and collaboration
