Title: Developer – Front Office
This developer will work closely with front office personnel in connection with all systems related issues, including leading development for all such systems in accordance with business requirements.
Qualifications • Four-Year Degree in Computer Science or similar field • 2 – 5 years of experience in designing, developing and supporting systems in the financial services industry • At least 2 years developing front-office related applications (Reporting, Pre-trade Compliance, Execution (FIX) integration with vendors, Risk analysis, and similar applications) • Experience solving problems around profit and loss, data feeds, risk figures and the like • Understanding of the SDLC and proper Agile practices • Excellent communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail, very good analytical and problem solving skills • Proficient in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, Sql server, and Angular • Prior experience with Service Fabric, Content-based publishing (Message Bus), SignalR, MVC, JSON, CSS and HTML5, Windows Workflow (WF) strongly preferred
