Title: Data Analyst – Louisville, KY
The Data Management Analyst is responsible for day to day compensation data analysis for survey clients. The incumbent supports all activities related to survey participation, job matching/benchmarking (explain methodology and assist in matching some positions for the client as examples), data submission, and accessing and interpreting our data. The Data Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of data and client support for North American product publications.
Survey data support, product management, and analysis – Receive direction on client specific needs and targets during the survey cycle. Complete verification and validation of compensation data, submissions, and data validation files. Assist with job matching and execute all data-related tasks. May include cleaning of aggregate data sets. 80%
2 Client relationships – Assist with increasing the quality of client data submissions, and to increase their clients’ understanding of survey processes and analysis. 15%
3 Client documentation and reporting tasks – Contribute to the participation process documentation. Raise process improvement ideas/innovation to management and support the team’s innovation initiatives. 5%
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Organizational, time management, and data analytics skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills
Key Metrics/Success Evaluations: · Deliver quality and accuracy. · Complete to resolution all solicitation, submission assistance, and data verification/questions from clients according to plan. Respond to client calls and emails within 24 hours · Demonstrate understanding of jobs as evidenced by quality of submissions.
