    • ​Maintain the Office of Behavioral Health’s program planning, ongoing improvement, and outcome analysis or assigned projects
    • Work in conjunction with leadership and facilities to develop quality-driven behavioral health indicators to measure program implementation, performance, and outcomes
    • Serve as a liaison between facilities and Central Office leadership regarding data and quality-driven projects
    • Provide a wide range of data and quality improvement measures to hospitals and diagnostic and treatment centers
    • Collect metrics for data timeliness, accuracy and completeness for management reporting and strategic planning
    • Generate and analyze broad data sets, search for explanations and underlying causes, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
    • Collaborate with departmental leadership and inter-disciplinary teams to recommend tools and processes that support the effective use of data and implement data-driven approaches
    • Manage the collection, organization and analysis of various BH indicators.  Disseminate information to facilities and data liaisons
    • Analyze and manage monthly data collection for ongoing performance and quality improvement work including reduction in average length of stay and readmission rates – disseminate information to data liaisons
    • Develop and implement processes to streamline data collection, organization and analysis
    • Generate reports to describe strategies and track results of analysis
    • Generate reports for senior management and, as appropriate, coordinate other staff in executing the final product
    • Communicate actionable insights to staff of all levels and technical abilities
    • Collect, troubleshoot, monitor and remediate all data quality issues in a timely manner – including business and system process performance metrics
    • Partner with OBH functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for data quality improvements by implementing simplified and standardized data management practices in both current- and future-state business processes

    Qualifications Requirements

    1. A Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or

    Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Epidemiology, or a related field or three years of full-time experience planning, developing and monitoring programs, analyzing large datasets and systems and/or procedures in support of administrative management initiatives; or

    2. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare, Hospital,

    Public, or Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline and four years of fulltime experience as outlined in “1″ above, two years of which must have been in a responsible project management; or

    3. A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
