Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
1- 1-3 years of work experience in the Financial Services Industry with demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives under rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
2- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, reporting and automation
3- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data to generate insights for leadership
4- Ability to learn quickly and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
5- Strong experience to establish and maintain relationship with different Control Owners, Business Managers (BM) and BM Functional Leads
6- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
Preferred skills –
1- Ability to design, plan and deliver Robotics Process Automation solutions to support QC Team in their day to day activities
2- Awareness of CA PPM, JIRA, program management, and technology implementation methodologies (traditional/waterfall, agile, hybrid, etc. ) is preferred
What are the responsibilities of the role? What work will the contractor be performing on a day to day basis?
• Perform as a control owner for program delivery controls and implement enhancements to identify, analyze and remediate program/project delivery risks
• Collaborate with Control Owners to define control templates and help consolidate QC reports
• Provide data driven insights into the delivery risks and issues across the portfolio
• Collaborate with sector teams and PMs to cross-pollinate QC best practices and provide guidance for issue resolution
• Support FRA IT Leadership in creating and preparing for senior executive forums and discussions
• Drive continuous improvement of the QC process and guide program teams on best practices and process changes
