    Process enrollments into the firm�s learning management system within quality and service level expectations Provide primary interface with professionals for course information, training and or CPE credit inquiries� Research, resolve and monitor customer issues and inquiries to completion� Provide technical expertise to  employees on  training course and or CPE process Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service Participates in open exchange of information across the team
    Exceptional administrative and organizational skills Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Strong customer service ability, analytical skills, decision-making, and problem solving
    Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Continuing Education, training administration – 3 years of experience
