Title: Communications Data Analyst – Louisville, KY
The purpose of this role is to load, analyze and extract data for all client sites that are in production. Site support can be categorized as both internal or external in nature. Internal support will entail working to ensure that ongoing data processes are set up and functioning (e.g. working with IT and other Mercer groups to manage any internal processes). External support will be dealing with client questions and investigating issues related to sites, and would involve triaging production issues for clients and working with internal teams to resolve them. Strong technical data skills (SQL, Excel, etc) is required to perform daily tasks. Minor site content management skills and knowledge of HMTL would be an asset. Communicates clearly with colleagues and clients..
Loading, analysis/validation and extraction of data within all client systems. ·
Minor site content updates using designated tools within system. ·
Adhoc reporting and troubleshooting using MSSQL, Excel and other tools. ·
Creation, monitoring and updating of automated data based tasks.
Procedure documentation creation and maintenance required.

1 CMS · Be the internal and external point of contact for CMS related questions · Support clients by making content updates if required 5%
2 Ongoing Data Loads · Load files to belong or otr applications as required · Monitor automated loads and resolve where issues 60%
3 Participate in ClientPortalSupport.com email · Work with technical Operations team to respond to questions/concerns that are sent to the CPS email box 30%
4 Process Improvement · Continual process improvement to ensure that Operations is efficient 5%
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel SQL highly preferred, HTML desirable Organizational, time management, execution and tracking skills. Excellent written and oral communication skill
